When I opened the box, the contents were placed as shown below. The significant items in the box were the:
Also in the case were the Instruction Manual and LCP-Custom Insert, along with various other printed materials and the fired case envelope. I like to show the date on the fired case envelope to give an idea on when this particular firearm may have come through the factory. The date this pistol was fired at the factory was 2/11/15 so it should represent a sample of a recent LCP-Custom build. These next photos show the "as-received" condition of the Ruger LCP Custom pistol. As you would expect from a new pistol, it came in perfect condition with no visible issues. First Impressions It is hard to appreciate how compact the LCP is unless you hold it in your hand and typically the compactness is the first impression for most people. Immediately I knew the sights would be a significant improvement for those interested in achieving a greater level of accuracy.
